What can be returned?
A product purchased directly from KKM can be returned if the product is in the same condition as when purchased: new and unused. The return window is 365 days from the barrel ship date.

Will I receive credit for returns?
Your credit card will be refunded, minus shipping costs and processing fees, once the item is received and inspected.
We do not refund or exchange individuals for purchases they made to third party companies. You have the option to order directly from us -or- discuss the purchase with the company you purchased from.
We are not responsible for how third-party companies advertise the products they sell, nor what they ship to their customers. If they do not accept returns, be sure to take that into consideration before choosing to purchase.

KKM Precision accepts unused and unaltered items in original packaging and condition for a period of 365 days from the ship date for a full refund, credit or exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable. General Warranty
All products sold by KKM Precision are warrantied against defects in material and workmanship. All warranty claims must be handled directly through KKM Precision and are subject to exchange, repair or credit to the original purchaser. If you believe any KKM Precision product you have purchased has a defect in material or workmanship, please contact KKM Precision at (1-775-246-5444) for assistance. If product repair or replacement is necessary, the Customer will be solely responsible for all shipping charges, freight, insurance and proper packaging to prevent breakage in transit, whether or not the product is covered by this warranty. All shipments of repaired or replaced products by KKM Precision will be F.O.B. (Free on Board) at the KKM Precision warehouse in Carson City, Nevada.
Limitations
This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from any Customer actions, such as mishandling, improper installation, operation outside of design limits, misapplication, improper repair, or unauthorized modification. No other warranties are expressed or implied. KKM Precision specifically disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose. KKM Precision’s liability shall be limited to the actual purchase price of any defective unit or units of equipment to which a claim is made, and shall in no event include the Customer’s manufacturing costs, lost profits or goodwill, or any other direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages whether based on contract or other legal theory. KKM Precision shall not be liable for normal manufacturing defects or customary variances from specifications.
Special Conditions
Products sold by KKM Precision are not designed, intended or authorized for use in applications where the modification and or misuse of the product could create a situation where catastrophic property damage, personal injury or death may occur. In the event that the Customer purchases or uses any KKM Precision products for any such unintended or unauthorized application, the Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless KKM Precision and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors and assigns against all claims, costs, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ and expert witness’ fees) arising out of or in connection with, directly or indirectly, any claim for property damage, personal injury or death associated with such unintended or unauthorized use, even if such claim alleges that KKM Precision was negligent regarding the design or manufacture of the subject product.
