KKM barrels are made using 416R gun-barrel quality stainless steel bar stock. All of our barrels are made on robotic assisted 11 axis mill-turn CNC machines to obtain superior dimensional tolerances and part to part consistency. During the manufacturing process, the barrels are dimensionally checked multiple times using in process part probes for outstanding accuracy in quality control. This level of part measuring and quality control allows us to run machines unattended for days at a time. Every barrel is made with our advanced proprietary button rifling process, which produces a superior rifled bore capable of sub 1″ groups at 50 yards with match ammo. With over 35 years of producing and testing pistol barrels, KKM Precision stands by our products and knows you will have the most reliable and accurate barrel ever made.
Our Glock barrels come with fully supported SAAMI spec match chambers for shooting factory or reloaded ammunition as well as lead or jacketed bullets. *Unless noted all barrels are drop-in fit.
